Despite his "curriculum vitae", he was reelected (!?) again in 2017 and 2021 with an absolute majority (50,86%). 

I think one can make two conclusions; The first one is that democracy is also for idiots. The second one is that if the system has an elected and convicted-crook-in-charge....who the hell will blame you for anything ?
