But keep turning housing buildings into hotels, apartments into Airbnbs, and bringing in many rich foreigners in order to inflate the house prices, making it impossible for natives to even dream of buying property. Portugal has been governed by corrupt and total incompetents since the beginning of the 1900s, and the last chapter on that matter is yet to be written.
