The three top cheeses....


Queijo da Ilha de São Jorge (Azores). With a long aftertaste and a tongue-burning spiciness. It's good for everything and tends to be rather addictive.


The French Comté from the Jura region works wonders with a piece of good fresh white bread and a quality coffee.


The parmigiano reggiano is always present in the fridge and irreplaceable for a good pasta or a bicchiere di vino.
